email signatures:
Connecting you to your business and your business to you...
  If you come across my email address diane@netclimber.com, you can make an educated guess at what my web address is and find out more about my business there. An address such as:
bob@gmail.com tells you nothing. Who's Bob? Who does he work for? What do they offer?
  Bob needs an email signature.
An email signature is a block of text automatically appended at the bottom of an e-mail message. This has the effect of "signing off" the message and in a reply message of indicating that no more response follows. It is common practice for a signature block to consist of one or more lines containing some brief information on the author of the message. For instance, mine is:

Real easy.		 Indalma Creative was founded in 2004 by Angela McGregor to provide a unique design service unavailable through larger design firms or full service advertising agencies. Angela, a graphic designer by talent and training, works directly with clients to provide visual solutions or with carefully chosen professional colleagues to address complex marketing challenges. Diane Askin of NetClimber Web Design created her first commercial web sites in 1996. That was quickly followed up with a number of other sites, and one thing became apparent very early - quality rankings on the search engines were not just valuable but essential. Today NetClimber continues to encourage static web sites and SEO Strategies to improve web site rankings, while offering clients dynamic options of Content Management, ECommerce, budget oriented sites for startups, blogging, social networking and marketing and more.
